Exercise Time!!

Yes, you can burn fat at work! An example of what I do is every two hours I walk for 10 minutes and get in 5 flights of stairs and every other hour I stretch or just get in 300 steps. This helps not only with your weight-loss but it also is a proven fact to help with your attitude and production along with moral! Try it!
