2 tablespoons of PB2 Powdered Peanutbutter has 45 calories and 3 net carbs but you only need 1 tablespoon mixed into a serving of plain greek yogurt and walla….a treat you will simply love for less than 150 calories and 6 net carbs!  If you think a chocolate mousse sounds good, try 3 tbsp chocolate PB2 in a serving of plain greek yogurt! If you need a little extra sweetness, add a touch of vanilla and some stevia then mix and then top with a few almonds! Simply amazing!
