Jerome’s Turkey Casserole
Ingredient’s: 1 container of Just for One Broccoli and Cheese Sauce
3 oz of Honeysuckle White ground turkey breast 99% fat free
Direction’s: Brown the turkey while microwaving the container of Broccoli and Cheese Sauce.
Mix together and walla! I said it was simple! It makes a hearty little meal!
Nutritional info: 130 calories, 2 g fat, 4 net carbs, 23 g protein
Another idea is to load this into a low carb tortilla or lavash bread!
