What a day! Started with spin class, 30 minutes elliptical, some resistance training, mowed the yard…front and back, cleaned bedroom, 3 loads of laundry, visited parents and got some fresh cucmbers and squash, made plans with my sister for a big family get together, packed for a 4 day trip to Louisiana, Got the wifes oil changed and filled it up, went over trip plans and printed boarding passes and worked on some reports for work along with updating my blog! I had a good food day too!
7am: Protein shake
10am: Egg and turkey sausage burrito
1pm: 2 eggs, hard boiled
4pm: Burger wrap with lettuce, cheese, jalopenos, and spicy mustard
7pm: low carb burger casserole

Heading down for the Erath 4th celebration which will include a meet and greet at the clinic, a fun walk, and a parade! It sounds like a blast! I am really looking forward to meeting the staff and patients of the Abbyville clinic! Hope to see yall there!
