No exercise today but had a good food day, I think…LOL
6am: Protein Shake, 32 oz tea
9am: 1 serving apple slices with peanut butter
Noon: Burger wrap with lettuce, jalopenos, cheese, low carb catchup
3pm: 3 sf jellos and a serving of almonds
6pm: Had dinner out so dont have nutritional info but it was 2 small chicken breasts and 3 jumbo shrimp cajun style with steamed broccoli, green beans, and squash.
9pm: Protein Shake
Scales went down again. Loving it!
