Not All Weight Loss Success Stories End Well.

The longer I remain in this business, the more I learn! We see people come in and reach their goal or come close to reaching their goal and think they have control over their weight and quit the program before they have a chance to learn how to truly maintain their healthy weight!  We just saw a national story of the 600 pound man that had lost all his weight, became a personal trainer, then put most of the weight back on!  He had no support or training on how to maintain it!  I have been able to maintain my weight loss now for over two years thanks to Medi-Weightloss Clinics and their approach to educating us at all levels of living a healthy lifestyle!  I have a balance of cardio exercise along with resistance training as well as making the right choices when it comes to food!  A lot people think that all you need is cardio to lose weight but they are wrong!  Tomorrow, I will post an article that will explain why resistance training is just as, if not more important to losing weight!
