Got in a 60 minute stationary bike ride, then 2 hours later took an hour spin class (only pedaled, no up and down). I then did some lower body weight training! One of the instructors saw me in spin class before it bagan and walked in laughing saying…”Only Jerome is dedicated enough to make it to spin class while still in a sling!” 🙂 That is me!

I like to take a serving of the lower sodium pepperoni chips, place them on a paper towel and microwave them on high for a minute. I take another paper towel and dry them and then spread laughing cow cheese on them as a delightful snack! Try it!
