1.5 pounds of fat gone this week!


Since I have started making sure that half of my protein comes from meat…ie fish, poultry, and other lean meats AND having some protein before hitting the sack at night, well, the weight is starting to fall off again!  This week was the third consecutive loss for me!  WOOHOO!  I pumped for the big 5k run in Irving Texas for Make-A-Wish this weekend!  HERE is the link to give if you would like to help!
