    • There is a tab at the top of the page labeled e-book that kinda tells my story as well as the video links along the side. The program I followed is physician supervised weight loss based on a low carb, adequate protein using real whole foods approach to my new lifestyle that now includes exercise! Very similar to paleo and Atkins but, for me, it has the right mixture of medical support, education, and well balanced over all information I needed to switch to a lifestyle I can live with for the rest of my life. The foods they use are based upon YOU! They even have a plan for vegans! They have three stages to the program, acute: which is weight loss, transition into maintenance, and finally the maintenance phase as you need to learn how to maintain your weight loss after it is gone! Medi-Weightloss Clinics is the program I used!
