In Training!


2 miles in 26 minutes….goals are 28th = 24 minutes, 2/4 = 22 minutes, 2/11 = 20 minutes. Once I establish 6mph speed, will start increasing distance by 1/2 mile each week. By 5k weekend I should be 5 miles at 6mph so 5k should be a breeze! 😉
