Got up this morning and decided to really start hitting the weights! Got to the gym and completed 20 minutes elliptical work followed by 30 minutes of weight training. Then spent a little time in the wet and dry saunas. Later today I will walk/jog 2-3 miles depending on how I feel! Right now, I am feeling great! WOO HOO!
