The Christmas season and it’s stresses are now behind us! Do we NEED to over indulge on New Years? NOT! Let’s get a running start to a new year and a new you! I want to put a challenge out to everyone I know! Anytime on Saturday, December 31st, take One hour of your time and walk, jog, eliptical, ski, dance, run, swim, bike, or anything like that, that provides a little cadiovascular exercise! Afterwards, post on facebook what you did and why! It might inspire someone you know to do the same thing! If you like, pass this challenge on to your friends! Let’s make 2012 the healthiest year ever! 🙂
