Whew! First GOOD workout in a while this morning! 2 mile jog (4 mph), 100 crunches, 100 push-ups, some light weights, and walked 2 more miles! I’m dripping! LOL! I haven’t jogged since last Christmas since I have been focused on spinning and outdoor cycling. I am seriously considering doing a mini-ironman this year (1.5k swim, 40k bike, 10k run). What do you think about that!?!
