We are entering a three month period that is very tough on those of us that are trying to lose a few pounds! October (Halloween), November (Thanksgiving), and December (Christmas / New Years) are food and stress filled months for most of us! How much of the traditional dishes are diet friendly? Not many, but that being said, with a little work, you can fix things a little different and be a lot healthier! Over the next few weeks I will post some recipes that will help you with upcoming holidays and offer a few stress relief options that you can use instead of food! I spent the weekend doing spin classes, weight training, watching football, cleaning house, and watching a heart breaking loss by Wales to France in Rugby 9-8. I am down 5 pounds this week! WOO HOO! Let’s get er done!
