I have been thinking about this for a while now. There are many levels to being a winner! For those of us who are trying to lose weight, the answer seems obvious, doesn’t it? Each week, when you step on the scales, if your weight is lighter you should feel like a winner, right? Even though some of us are looking for numbers that are probably unrealistic each week like 2 or 3 or 4 pounds of weight loss and if we don’t attain it, well, we feel like we have failed! WRONG! ANY loss is a win! What if your weight stayed the same or you have a gain? Yes, we are all human and this will happen! Perservering through that week or two and resuming your weight loss makes you a winner! The longer the plateau you break, the greater the victory! The key is to always strive to reach your healthy goal and if you stray, get back on your plan as quickly as possible. If your just starting off on your weight loss journey, see your doctor and get checked out. Find a diet plan that works for you. I followed an affordable, medically supervised weightloss program. And, as always, you have got to move to lose! Try to get a good mixture of resistance training with cardio and you will be good! If you haven’t read my e-book, here is the link https://feelinglighter.wordpress.com/e-book/ . Please vote in the poll on that page to let me know what you think! Have a great day everyone!
